Twelvetech Systems was founded on a frustration: AI systems were being pointed at decisions about people faster than anyone was building the means to question them. We build both halves — the model, and the account of what it did.
Our founder teaches computing and verifies assessment for a living, and watched AI arrive in education as a set of scores with no way to interrogate them. A learner flagged as at risk could not find out why. A tutor could not tell whether the flag was reasonable. Nobody could say who was answerable if it was wrong.
So the company was built around a rule we do not bend: if a system informs a decision about a person, that person must be able to see the basis for it and dispute it. That constraint shapes how we architect everything, from audit trails and tenant isolation through to student-facing transparency portals.
