What this site collects

This website does not use analytics cookies, advertising trackers or third-party pixels. It sets no cookies of its own.

The enquiry form does not transmit anything to us. It opens your own email client with a message prepared, which you choose whether to send. Nothing you type is stored on this site.

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google and Google may log your IP address as part of serving that request.

• We do not build profiles of site visitors.
• We do not sell or share personal data with advertisers.
• We do not use your data to train AI models.

If you contact us

When you email us, we hold your message and contact details so we can reply and, if we work together, to administer that relationship. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests for responding to an enquiry, and contract where an engagement follows.

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within twenty-four months. Records relating to an engagement are kept for six years after it ends, which is the period we may need them for legal and accounting purposes.

Client data in our systems

Where we process personal data on behalf of a client, that client is the controller and we act as processor under a written agreement. We do not use client data to train models for anyone else, and we do not move it outside the region agreed with the client.

Sub-processors are named to the client before use, and we do not add one without notice.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email us at info@twelvetechsystems.co.uk and we will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

We update this policy when our practices change. The date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
