What this site is
This website describes our services and past work. It is marketing material, not an offer capable of acceptance.
Prices shown are indicative starting figures for UK engagements, exclude VAT, and are not a quotation. A binding price arises only from a written proposal signed by both parties.
Any project work is governed by a separate written agreement. Where these terms and that agreement conflict, the agreement takes precedence.
Accuracy
We take care to keep this site accurate but do not warrant that it is complete or current. Metrics quoted on project pages are the improvements measured or estimated at the time of delivery, in the delivery context described, and are not a prediction of what your project would achieve.

Intellectual property
The content, design and code of this site belong to us or our licensors. You may view and print pages for your own reference. You may not republish, sell or systematically extract material from this site without written permission.
Client names and third-party marks appear with permission or as factual reference and remain the property of their owners.
In client engagements, deliverables produced for a client vest in that client on payment, save for our pre-existing platform components, which are licensed rather than transferred. This is set out in each engagement agreement.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law we exclude liability for loss arising from reliance on this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
